Thara Mongkol was founded in Pattaya with a deliberate focus on three areas where the need for clear, structured guidance is consistently high: company formation, financial planning, and transaction due diligence. The founding team had spent years working across Thai corporate law, financial management, and M&A support — and identified that the consulting services available to mid-market businesses and incoming foreign investors were often either too generic or too expensive to access meaningfully.
The firm was built to fill that middle ground — offering the kind of rigorous, professional engagement typically associated with large advisory houses, delivered by a compact team that stays directly involved with each client from first conversation through final deliverable.
